Appointment Policy

Managing appointments and walk-in customers. If you make an appointment for more than one child, depending on the walk-in traffic the appointments will go back-to-back or if the “walk-in” stylist does not have a customer then both children will go at the same time. During the weekdays usually from 10am to 2pm, there are slower periods throughout the day in which families wanting multiple appointments can go at the same time.

In our effort to balance appointments along with our “walk-in” customers in a timely manner, it is extremely important if you make an appointment for your child, please arrive on time or a few minutes early. Appointments 5-10 minutes late without contacting us, depending on how busy the salon is, will have up to a 20 minute wait. The reason for this wait is a stylist cannot hold off taking the next walk-in client family while we wait for a late appointment that may or may not show up. Appointments more than 10 minutes late will be moved to “walk-in” status. If you know you are going to be late for your child’s appointment, please call us in advance and let us know. This is extremely important, especially during our busiest periods/days which are “after-school” and Saturday/Sundays.

Cancellation Policy

We certainly understand things come up, especially with little ones. If you are unable to make an appointment and need to cancel or reschedule, please call us at least 1 hour in advance.

Waiting Policy

We firmly believe in the value of your time and make a conscience effort to avoid long waiting periods for appointments and “walk-ins”. If we are having an unusually busy day or maybe a few clients prior to you had a particularly difficult time, please be patient and understand that we are doing our best to seat your child as quickly as possible.
